- This is, so far, one of 2 times in the series where Dan gives up on one of his revenges, the other being "Reality TV", while it's obvious he finished his vengeance off-screen likely during the 2 month time lapse.
- The Governor's suitcase is a Zembik Mark 5, it self-destructs, spraying a super acid that disintegrates everything within a four-foot radius if you attempt to open it with force.
- Elise also has a Zembik Mark 5, but it's a prettier shade of brown.
- Elise claims she owns one because it matches her wallet (though, this is most likely not the case...pun not intended.)
- Humongobots 6 is most likely making fun of the Transformers film franchise, especially with "Just give up on story and watch stuff blow up" being written on the billboard.
- Dan says Humongobots is a "sequel to a reboot of a remake, that was originally based on a toy that, by the way, was based on another toy."
- Characters are frequently heard using the phrases "krinkled", "bro-face", and "mott the hoople, chuckle truck" in this episode.
- While Chris and Dan are in Da Bomb room the new slang "Moldy" is a catch phrase which is used by the main character,Fred, from the teletoon show Fred's Head.
