Governor of California is the governor of California. He first appeared in Stupidity. He's originally a British Secret Agent sent by the European Union, The Governor's mission is to reduce the overall intelligence of the state. He does this by reducing the time and quality of education, spreading non-sensical slang and having terrible movies with an emphasis on explosions instead of engaging stories released.
After meeting Dan and Chris he felt his work was done and headed north to Canada.
